True North, Strong and Free: A Boycott Against Annexation Rhetoric
Why This Boycott Exists
I am a Canadian citizen exercising my right to decide where my money goes. The idea that Canada should become the 51st state is not a jokeāit is an insult to our sovereignty. As long as those in power keep pushing this rhetoric, I refuse to support the corporations, billionaires, and political class that profit from it. This is not about hate or division; this is about respect.
Boycott Rules
- I pledge to avoid buying US-made products or products that profit US corporations and elites to the best of my ability until at least 365 days have passed without any mention of annexation rhetoric.
- If a US politician brings it up, the countdown resets.
This is capitalism in action. I choose where to spend my money.
If the powerful think talking about annexing my country is okay, then they should be okay with me refusing to buy from them.
